As the founder and barber of Blends by Zach, Zach has turned a passion and love of a craft into a fully fledged business. From his start in cutting hair, he has always valued one thing most in particular- the connections he makes with clients. A lot of the people he works with become friends, as conversation flows easily during haircuts. Zach aims for good haircuts while maintaining a light energy in his workspace.

Chief of Operations
As Chief of Operations at Blends by Zach, Tomer plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. He handles everything from organizing finances and scheduling to maintaining the website to creating a calm, welcoming environment. As the CEO’s right hand, Tomer brings structure, balance, and care to every aspect of the shop’s daily operations, helping ensure both the team and clients feel supported and at ease.
